HOW DO WE WORK?

You can call for an appointment or just come in and look at our displays, ask for advice, and collect ideas and literature.  We are open 7 days a week, (except July and August) and evenings by appointment.  When you feel it is time to get down to the business of serious planning, you can select from among our exceptional designers to discuss your wishes and create a wonderful design.  They will meet with you and start the design work up to the point that we have enough information to generate an accurate, preliminary quote which will reflect your actual preference for layout, styles and cabinet maker.

 If you like the experience with us and the cost estimate is “in the ballpark”, we will require a retainer  to continue to consult, and to develop and finalize the design details.  If you hire us as your kitchen source, the retainer will be applied to the eventual purchase.  The design phase generally involves between 5 and 10 meetings plus many additional hours by our team, behind the scenes, preparing drawing, and researching ideas for you, as different concepts are drawn, priced, explored and discussed for your consideration.

When you are fully satisfied with the design, a contract is signed and the order is placed.  The order times vary by maker and time of year.  On the average, the orders take 10-14 weeks to produce.  You will know these timelines before ordering, and they rarely vary after that.
